Behind the scenes, I’ve been navigating a transition—one that’s reshaping how I approach my work and my purpose.

At Cornerstone Human Capital, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with business owners, executives, and leaders across industries—supporting them through moments of growth, transition, and challenge.

But over time, my vision has evolved—deepening into something more intentional, more human, and more aligned with how I believe leadership is meant to feel.

So, I’m stepping away for a short while to bring my work into full alignment with that deeper purpose.

When I return in two months, I’ll be reintroducing myself under a new name:
​Bray & Co. Leadership, LLC —with a renewed focus, refined tools, and a more intentional voice.

Alongside it, I’ll be sharing a reimagined newsletter:The Brief by Bray & Co. —a curated note for women leaders navigating pivotal transitions—whether they’re stepping into a new role, recalibrating their leadership, or reclaiming a part of themselves they’ve outgrown.
